The Burtonsville Day Celebration, Inc. and the Burtonsville Day Committee will not be held responsible for any liability incurred. Applicant and participants agree to hold harmless Burtonsville Day Celebration, Inc., and the Burtonsville Day Committee for any liability created by virtue of being a participant in the Burtonsville Day Parade.

The Burtonsville Day Committee will not be providing vehicles for participants.

All participants wishing to ride in the parade must provide their own vehicle(s).

The maximum time to perform in front of the Judges Reviewing Stand will be one minute.

Participants must keep up with the parade and not cause gaps to occur in the parade.

Participants must be at the staging area by the prescribed time or they will be placed at the end of the parade at the discretion of the parade staff.

Parade will begin promptly at 10:00 am, rain or shine.

You must sign up by the required date or risk being placed at the end of the parade.

Please let us know if you have a group of small children that must start at Banneker Middle School instead of Paint Branch High School.

We will attempt to accommodate location requests. However, location assignments are final.
